domestiko.com is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Production Operator to join a manufacturing company within the plastics sector located in La Vall de Bianya, Girona. As a Production Operator, your primary responsibilities will include the preparation of molds and providing direct support to the section manager with day-to-day tasks. You will also handle general duties related to material handling, ensuring the proper flow of production supplies, and performing basic maintenance of your designated work area to maintain a safe and organized environment.
This is a temporary, full-time position consisting of 40 hours per week, scheduled from Monday to Friday. Working hours follow a rotating shift system operating between 06:00 and 22:00, requiring flexibility to adapt to the changing shift schedules.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Preparing and setting up production molds according to operational guidelines
- Assisting the section supervisor with daily manufacturing and plant floor tasks
- Handling, moving, and organizing materials within the workspace
- Performing basic upkeep and maintenance of tools and the immediate work area
- Complying with internal safety protocols and quality standards at all times
