Humangest S.p.A., Agenzia per il Lavoro, is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Assistants (Addetti/e Vendita) on a full-time basis for an important client operating in the Large-Scale Retail sector (GDO). The selected candidates will be integrated into various retail locations across Brescia and the surrounding province, specifically including Brescia, Capriolo, Chiari, Collebeato, Ghedi, Gussago, Manerbio, and Roncadelle (Elnos).
In this dynamic customer-facing role, you will be assigned to different departments within the store to perform daily operational activities supporting overall store performance and ensuring a positive shopping experience. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to a fast-paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Managing cash register operations accurately and efficiently
- Restocking, organizing, and arranging merchandise on shelves and displays
- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing a welcoming service throughout the sales floor
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned departments
- Supporting general store operations as directed by management
This full-time opportunity offers a yearly salary ranging from €14,400 to €19,200, commensurate with experience and the specific requirements of the position. Ideal candidates possess strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, flexibility regarding work schedules, and a genuine interest in the retail and mass-market distribution sector.
