- Leading and coordinating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition.
- Collaborating with various departments to align training materials, resources, and orientation schedules.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for new hires during their initial period, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the onboarding program and suggesting continuous improvements.
