As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in making a meaningful, positive impact in the daily lives of the people we support. This full-time opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of A$78,000 to A$82,000 per year.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities and personal care routines
- Supporting clients to access and engage with their local community and social activities

- Monitoring client well-being and maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes
