Urbanecho Holdings Pty Ltd is currently seeking talented and motivated professionals for multiple Chef and Cook positions. As a dynamic and growing company dedicated to excellence in hospitality and food service, we operate multiple venues under our umbrella and take pride in delivering high-quality, nutritious, and beautifully presented meals to our patrons. We are now expanding our passionate kitchen team and looking for dedicated culinary staff to join us on a full-time basis in Victoria, Australia, with an attractive annual salary range of A$75,000 to A$80,000.
In this role, you will play an essential part in our daily kitchen operations, working collaboratively with our culinary team to uphold our high standards of food preparation and presentation. Ideal candidates will bring relevant kitchen experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
Key responsibilities for these positions typically include:
- Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes in accordance with company recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Assisting with daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and service flow.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all food preparation and storage areas.
- Complying strictly with all relevant food safety, health, and occupational safety regulations.
- Working collaboratively and effectively with kitchen team members and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth service.
- Managing stock rotation and assisting with inventory checks as required.
