Outcomes First Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist – suitable for Newly Qualified Practitioner – to join our friendly multidisciplinary team in a rewarding education setting in Banham, Norwich. The full-time role offers a salary of £53,200 per year.
The position provides opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive environment that encourages creative and flexible delivery of therapy services to students.
You will assess students, plan individualised interventions, deliver therapy sessions, monitor progress and adapt programmes to meet diverse learning needs.
- Assessing students, planning interventions and collaborating with teachers, support staff and families to promote functional independence.
- Participating in research projects and special interest groups within the wider occupational therapy network.
- Contributing to regular training and development sessions for the team.
- Adapting therapy approaches creatively to meet diverse learner needs.
The role is embedded in a multidisciplinary team that includes teachers, support staff and other therapists, fostering regular collaboration and shared goal setting.
You will have access to regular training, professional development and participation in research projects and special interest groups, enhancing your skills and contributing to the wider occupational therapy network.
