Ozelle GmbH is seeking an Italy Country Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts in the Italian market. As a diagnostic technology company advancing the fourth generation of hematology analysis through AI and Complete Blood Morphology (AI × CBM), we combine high-resolution cellular imaging with artificial intelligence to make blood morphology assessment both scalable and standardized. Our innovative systems are deployed globally across medical and veterinary markets, supported by operations in key European hubs such as Frankfurt, Germany.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic market penetration plans, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical and veterinary diagnostics sectors across Italy. You will work closely with our international team of engineers, scientists, and clinicians to introduce our cutting-edge diagnostic solutions to new customers and expand our presence in the region.
Key responsibilities for the Italy Country Sales Manager include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets within the Italian market.
- Identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities with medical and veterinary laboratories, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers, opinion leaders, and distribution partners.
- Collaborating with internal technical, product, and clinical teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and product capabilities.
- Representing Ozelle GmbH at industry events, trade shows, and scientific conferences to promote our AI-driven hematology solutions.
- Providing accurate sales forecasting, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to the leadership team.
