Poliedra Sanità S.r.l. is seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager – Gestione Iniziative e Commesse to join our team in Italy. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, driving efficiency and ensuring the successful delivery of our healthcare-related initiatives and projects.
Your core mission will be to oversee the operational coordination and monitoring of active initiatives and project orders. You will be responsible for maintaining strict control over utilized resources, ensuring adherence to scheduled timelines and contractual SLAs, and providing essential support to reporting and invoicing processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and monitoring the progress of initiatives, including work plans, milestones, risk management, and addressing critical issues as they arise.
- Verifying and validating timesheets submitted by the resources assigned to the various projects.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to align operational workflows with company objectives and client expectations.
- Supporting administrative workflows related to project reporting, tracking, and billing preparation.
