Airbus Defence and Space SAS is currently seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time position as a Bid Manager Defence Digital and Cyber France & Export (h/f) based in Paris, Ile-de-France. In this role, you will join the specialized department responsible for managing proposal and tender responses within the dynamic aerospace and defense sector.
Your daily activities and core responsibilities will focus on coordinating bid preparation processes for complex projects. The department’s scope specifically covers advanced defence C5ISR systems—encompassing Computerized Command, Control, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance—as well as maritime surveillance solutions. Because Defence Digital & Cyber serves clients worldwide, you will collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to develop competitive, comprehensive proposals.
We are looking for a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. While specific years of experience or precise certifications are not strictly mandated by this listing, applicants should possess a strong professional background relevant to bid management, defense systems, or technical project environments, along with strong communication skills suitable for interacting with global clients and internal technical experts.

- Managing the end-to-end proposal and tender response process for defense digital and cyber opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with engineering, sales, and program management teams to gather necessary technical and commercial inputs.
- Contributing to the positioning of Airbus Defence and Space offerings in both the French domestic market and international export markets.
- Ensuring all bid submissions accurately reflect technical capabilities, compliance requirements, and company standards.
- Supporting strategic proposal reviews and contributing to continuous improvement within the bid management department.
