Join Trane Technologies as an Associate Account Manager – Services and help drive our mission of creating comfortable, sustainable, and efficient climate solutions for buildings, homes, and transportation. In this role you will support the Services team by managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and field service teams to deliver tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Trane® and Thermo King® service offerings and market trends.
- Coordinate service requests, contracts, and renewal processes to maximize customer retention.
- Analyze account performance data to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Prepare and present account plans, proposals, and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with field technicians and project managers to schedule and execute service deployments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, sharing insights that enhance service delivery and customer experience.
We look for candidates who are proactive, detail‑oriented, and passionate about sustainability. A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, combined with 1–3 years of experience in account management or customer service within the HVAC, industrial, or energy sectors, is preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, team‑driven environment are essential.
