- Assist with day‑to‑day production tasks, ensuring product quality and throughput targets are met.
- Operate basic manufacturing tools and equipment under the guidance of the team leader.
- Follow all safety directions and company procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
- Perform manual work, including material handling, loading, and unloading of raw materials.
- Work independently when directed, demonstrating initiative and a strong work ethic.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes.
