Sitly is connecting families with trusted caregivers, and we are sharing a request on behalf of a family looking for a dedicated babysitter in Monza, Provincia di Monza e Brianza. This is a part-time position offering an annual compensation of €20,800.
The hiring family is a Sino-Apulian household with a wonderful, cheerful, and social 1-year-old daughter. Starting in September, once their little girl begins attending nursery school, they are seeking a reliable person to help out regularly during the after-school hours.
The primary focus of this role is to engage with the child and create a fun, playful, and nurturing environment. While specific daily tasks may vary, typical responsibilities for this type of childcare role generally include:
- Picking up the child from nursery school and safely bringing her home
- Engaging the child in age-appropriate games, creative play, and recreational activities
- Supervising the child and ensuring a safe environment during after-school hours
- Assisting with light snacks or meals as requested by the family
- Communicating effectively with the parents regarding the child’s daily activities and well-being
