Weatherby Healthcare is currently seeking a skilled Pediatric Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens opportunity located in East Greenbush, Rensselaer County, New York. This role offers an annualized compensation rate of $118,608 per year, providing a great opportunity to utilize your specialized expertise in a supportive hospital environment.
In this role, you will work a standard weekday schedule from Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 4:30 pm. The position involves managing high acuity cases, with ASA 3 cases being common. You will utilize a full scope of adult and pediatric anesthesia skill sets across a wide variety of specialties including general surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, urology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, plastics, vascular, and NORA procedures. Dedicated teams are in place to handle blocks, obstetrics, complex pediatrics, and cardiac cases.
Key requirements for this position include:
- Completion of a pediatric fellowship
- Full scope of adult and pediatric anesthesia skills
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Comfort with high acuity and ASA 3 cases
