- Provide direct nursing care to patients recovering from various conditions, focusing on rehabilitation and functional improvement
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to healthcare providers and families
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes
- Educate patients and families about recovery goals and home care instructions
- Support patients through physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of their rehabilitation
- Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patient recovery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital protocols
