Airbus is seeking a dynamic Transversal Finance Project Manager to join our APAC Finance team in Singapore. This full‑time role focuses on driving continuous improvement and alignment across finance functions, ensuring that the team remains agile, collaborative, and results‑oriented.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice President Finance APAC, providing critical support in tracking and managing team objectives and performance. By monitoring key metrics and maintaining up‑to‑date scorecards, you will help translate strategic goals into actionable insights for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing detailed dossiers, reports, and scorecards that capture the state of finance initiatives and deliverables.
- Coordinating cross‑functional meetings to review progress, discuss bottlenecks, and celebrate milestones.
- Facilitating a culture of transparency and accountability, encouraging open dialogue and constructive feedback.
- Assisting in the development of team‑building activities that strengthen cohesion and morale.
- Ensuring that all documentation meets regulatory and internal audit standards.
In addition to these core duties, you will act as a catalyst for change, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce duplication, and enhance data quality across the APAC finance landscape.
