Granmil Holdings Pte Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated Facilities Engineering and Maintenance Leader to oversee comprehensive engineering and maintenance operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the physical plant, optimizing energy usage, and ensuring asset protection across our properties, while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing and executing long-term preventive maintenance plans, supervising external contractors, and coordinating closely with leadership teams to ensure all facilities work aligns with established budgets and operational standards. You will play a vital role in supporting overall guest and occupant satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and efficient facility management.
Key responsibilities for the Facilities Engineering and Maintenance Leader include:
- Overseeing daily engineering and maintenance operations to ensure optimal building performance.
- Managing the physical plant, asset protection initiatives, and energy conservation programs.
- Ensuring full compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring long-term preventive maintenance schedules.
- Supervising contractors and service providers to guarantee quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborating with management to align facility operations with financial budgets and service expectations.
