Aveanna Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a Part-Time / PRN basis. In this role, you will provide vital home-based nursing care to patients across the Virginia, Saint Louis County area, specifically covering the Britt, Eveleth, Mt. Iron, Aurora, Hoyt Lakes, and Gilbert communities. Schedule requirements include Monday through Friday visits.

Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Conducting in-home patient visits and clinical assessments within assigned communities (Britt, Eveleth, Mt. Iron, Aurora, Hoyt Lakes, Gilbert, and surrounding areas).
- Developing, implementing, and updating individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other members of the care team.
- Administering prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures according to professional standards and physician orders.
- Educating patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and ongoing wellness strategies.
- Documenting all patient interactions, clinical observations, and care progress accurately and in a timely manner.
Position compensation is structured at $53,193 per year, aligned with this part-time/PRN schedule.
