The Burg Vital Resort 5*S Hotel, situated at 1,700 meters on a natural sun terrace in Oberlech in the Arlberg region of Austria, is seeking a dedicated Concierge (m/w/d) for the upcoming 2024.25 winter season. As a Concierge at our 5-star superior property, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our discerning guests, ensuring their stay in the Arlberg region is seamless and memorable. Your role involves delivering exceptional, personalized service true to the standards of a luxury resort.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Providing attentive, high-end guest services and anticipating guest needs
- Offering expert local recommendations regarding skiing, dining, and regional activities
- Managing reservations, bookings, and special requests
- Coordinating guest transportation, luggage handling, and related concierge services
- Collaborating closely with front desk, housekeeping, and other resort departments
