Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Traveling to residential and commercial customer locations to service, troubleshoot, and maintain alarm and smart security systems.
- Diagnosing technical issues with equipment and performing necessary repairs or component replacements.
- Ensuring all service calls meet company quality standards and safety regulations.
- Educating customers on the proper operation and features of their security systems.
- Maintaining accurate records of service calls, inventory, and completed work orders using company tools.
- Providing professional, courteous customer service and representing the Brinks Home brand with integrity.
