Blenheim Schools is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join the community at Meoncross School as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant (LA funded). This is a part-time, fixed-term position starting in September, working 29.17 hours per week to support pupils across Key Stage 2 (KS2) and Key Stage 3 (KS3).

Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support to a student with specific educational needs funded by the Local Authority (LA).
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons tailored to the student’s learning requirements.
- Monitoring student progress, engagement, and emotional well-being throughout the school day.
- Fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that encourages independence and confidence.
- Collaborating closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and parents to support the student’s holistic development.
