In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor to customers, helping them discover and implement advanced smart home and security solutions tailored to their specific needs. You will engage with clients, demonstrate the value of our innovative technology, and guide them through the process of securing their homes with our industry-leading products and services.
Key responsibilities typically include:
- Consulting with customers to understand their security and smart home automation needs
- Demonstrating the features and benefits of Brinks Home products and services
- Providing exceptional, customer-focused service throughout the sales and consultation process
- Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed performance goals
- Staying up-to-date on the latest smart home technology trends and offerings
