Under the guidance of the Branch Administrator, you will supervise all clinical personnel, ensure compliance with licensing standards, and maintain high-quality patient care.
- Provide orientation and ongoing training to new and existing staff, acting as a preceptor to ensure competency and professional development.
- Coordinate RN case management and preceptor resources to support effective staffing and service delivery.
- Oversee clinical operations for clients with high medical acuity or those receiving non‑licensed extended support, ensuring that all services align with state licensing guidelines and company policies.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, and address any competency gaps to maintain consistent quality of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, social workers, and administrators, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document and report clinical activities accurately, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and Aveanna’s quality assurance standards.
The position offers a competitive annual salary of $82,976 and a $10,000 sign‑on bonus, reflecting Aveanna’s commitment to attracting experienced nursing leadership.
