As part of a respected not-for-profit organisation, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a people-centred culture dedicated to transforming the experience of ageing through collaboration, innovation, and a strong investment in both people and services.
In this role, you will work closely with older adults to deliver high-quality, person-centred physiotherapy services aimed at improving mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to assess individual needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and support clients throughout their care journey.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Conducting comprehensive physical assessments and evaluations for clients
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing individualized physiotherapy care and exercise plans
- Working collaboratively with nursing, medical, and other allied health staff to ensure holistic client care
- Educating clients, families, and support networks on injury prevention, mobility aids, and self-management strategies
- Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation and progress notes in accordance with organisational standards
We are looking for a dedicated professional who brings enthusiasm, clinical expertise, and a genuine commitment to supporting older people.
