Rebuy Recommerce GmbH is looking for a Head of Pricing (m/f/x) to join the team in Berlin, Deutschland. In this senior commercial role, you will own the function with the most direct and immediate impact on our margin, operating at the heart of our business strategy.
As a key leader in our two-sided marketplace, you will be responsible for setting prices on both what we pay for supply and what we charge buyers. Because every pricing decision affects customer trust, working capital, and inventory velocity, pricing serves as one of our primary commercial levers. You will carry a dedicated margin target and enjoy direct access to company leadership, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to take full ownership of our pricing strategies, optimize commercial performance, and drive impactful decision-making across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to shape critical business outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Core responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Owning and developing the end-to-end pricing strategy for both purchasing (supply) and selling (demand) in a two-sided marketplace.
- Managing pricing mechanisms to optimize profit margins, inventory velocity, and working capital efficiency.
- Balancing commercial growth with customer trust through data-driven pricing models and market analysis.
- Collaborating closely with executive leadership, commercial teams, and data stakeholders to align pricing with broader company goals.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor behavior, and elasticity to continuously refine pricing tactics.
- Delivering against clearly defined margin targets and reporting on performance metrics to the Chief Commercial Officer.
