On behalf of a prestigious luxury brand, we are currently seeking a dedicated professional for a Client Advisor position in a luxury boutique located in the Province of Florence, Tuscany.
In this role, you will be integrated into the boutique team of a high-end luxury brand, where you will act as a key ambassador for the brand and provide an exceptional shopping experience to discerning clientele.
Key responsibilities for the Client Advisor position typically include:
- Welcoming and assisting clients within the boutique, offering a personalized and memorable customer service experience
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty
- Presenting and explaining the features, craftsmanship, and heritage of the luxury collections
- Achieving individual and store sales targets while maintaining high standards of boutique presentation
- Managing daily store operations and assisting with inventory and visual merchandising guidelines
We are looking for candidates who possess a strong passion for the luxury and fashion industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a professional, customer-oriented approach. Previous retail or customer service experience within the luxury or fashion sector is highly valued.
