We are currently looking for a dedicated Personalverrechner*in (m/w/d) to join our Commercial & Finance division on a full-time basis, located in the Graz area (Nord).
In this role, you will be responsible for independently managing payroll and administrative HR processes. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining compliance with current labor and tax regulations. Key responsibilities typically include:
- Independent execution of monthly payroll accounting for employees
- Handling administrative tasks related to entry, exit, and changes in employment status
- Communication with authorities, social insurance institutions, and tax offices
- Being a competent point of contact for employees regarding payroll, time tracking, and labor law inquiries
- Collaborating on internal finance and HR projects as needed
What we are looking for:
- Completed training in payroll accounting (Personalverrechnungsprüfung) or relevant professional experience
- Strong organizational skills and an independent, structured working style
- Reliability, discretion, and a service-oriented mindset
- Good command of standard payroll software and MS Office applications
We offer a gross monthly salary ranging from 3,400 to 4,200 Euros, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
