In this vital leadership role, the O&M Manager – México will be responsible for leading the Operations and Maintenance activities across our portfolio of utility-scale solar and energy storage assets in the region. You will play a key part in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable performance of our renewable energy projects while upholding the highest industry standards for operational excellence.

Key responsibilities for this position typically include:

Overseeing daily operations and maintenance programs for utility-scale solar and energy storage facilities in México.
Managing relationships with contractors, service providers, and local stakeholders to ensure optimal asset performance and compliance.
Monitoring plant performance data, identifying areas for operational improvement, and implementing corrective maintenance strategies.
Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all assigned sites.
Collaborating closely with internal engineering, asset management, and commercial teams to support long-term portfolio goals.
