As a Data Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our data engineering initiatives, overseeing the development and maintenance of robust data pipelines, and ensuring our infrastructure supports scalable data processing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver high-impact technological solutions aligned with our global mission.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of talented data engineers.
- Designing, building, and maintaining scalable data architectures and pipelines.
- Collaborating with software engineering, product, and analytics teams to understand data requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Ensuring data quality, security, and compliance across all storage and processing systems.
- Optimizing existing data workflows to improve performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in data engineering and cloud infrastructure.
