Cross Border Talents is seeking a dedicated and analytical QA Engineer to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software deliverables throughout the development lifecycle.
As a QA Engineer, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve understanding overall project scopes and phase-wise requirements to ensure all testing aligns with business goals. You will actively participate in requirements gathering, detailed analysis, and clear definition to establish a solid foundation for test scenarios.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complying with and contributing to the overall test planning strategy
- Designing and executing comprehensive regression strategies to catch unintended side effects
- Conducting non-functional testing to evaluate system performance and usability
- Performing thorough functional testing following system integrations
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects through resolution
- Collaborating closely with development and product teams to deliver high-standard software solutions
