- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing clinical procedures in accordance with professional nursing standards
- Educating patients and their families about recovery processes, post-discharge care, and ongoing health management
- Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records to ensure continuity of care
- Advocating for patient safety, comfort, and well-being throughout their stay
Compensation details for this full-time position include an annual salary of $44,940, along with a $10,500 sign-on bonus specifically available for full-time RNs joining our staff.
