Guidehouse is currently seeking transitioning service members for the 2026 DoD SkillBridge – Energy Providers opportunity located in San Diego, CA. As a global professional services firm, Guidehouse delivers advisory, technology, and managed services to commercial and government sectors, specializing in markets such as energy, infrastructure, and national security.
What You Will Do:
- Manage and participate with teams and projects, leading business interactions and communicating value propositions.
- Prepare and coordinate complex written presentation materials and presentation-quality deliverables for leadership.
- Develop solutions based on an understanding of strategy, operations, and management within various functional areas.
- Evaluate, suggest improvements for, and design effective solutions to address a variety of organizational issues and business processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and maintain effective communication within teams and with local offices and departments.
What You Will Need:
- Be within 180 days of separation or retirement from any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces and on track to receive an Honorable Discharge.
- Have completed service TAPS/TGPS and attended an ethics brief within the last 12 months.
- Have command approval to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program or Hiring Our Heroes Cohort for 2026.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university program.
- Demonstrate a passion and interest in the energy industry, regulatory compliance, clean or sustainable energy resources, and energy resilience or reliability.
- Have the ability to be onsite in a Guidehouse or client office location in San Diego, CA, with up to 10% travel required and no security clearance necessary.
What We Offer:
- Competitive annual salary range of $89,000.00 to $148,000.00, with compensation depending on skill sets, experience, training, and other business needs.
