As a Primary Care Physician with our team, you will enjoy a sustainable practice model designed to prioritize quality of care over volume. Responsibilities typically include conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, managing chronic conditions, leading a collaborative clinical team, and utilizing robust transitional care and high-risk outreach programs to support patient well-being.

- A manageable patient panel of 10 to 16 patients per day with 30- to 60-minute appointment slots
- A 4.5-day work week featuring early Friday departures and no overnight call duties
- Support from a dedicated team including APRNs, RNs, and Quality Improvement professionals
- A competitive guaranteed salary ranging from $226,000 to $366,000, supplemented by up to a 20% annual bonus based on quality metrics and a sign-on bonus

Required qualifications for this position include:
- An M.D. or D.O. degree
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- An active, unrestricted medical license
- Valid DEA and CDS licenses or the ability to obtain them prior to start
Preferred qualifications include a Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and one or more years of clinical experience in adult, family, or geriatric care.
