In this role, you will enjoy a supportive, physician-led work setting with a manageable patient volume designed to prioritize quality over quantity. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive primary care services to adult, family, or geriatric patients.
- Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary support team, including APRNs, RNs, and Quality Improvement professionals.
- Managing patient health outcomes utilizing robust transitional care and high-risk outreach programs.
- Participating in quality measure reviews to ensure diagnostic accuracy and optimal patient care standards.
We are committed to supporting our clinicians with an excellent work-life balance, featuring a 4.5-day work week with early Friday departures and no overnight call. Total compensation for this position typically ranges from $226,000 to $366,000, which includes a competitive guaranteed base salary, a $30,000 sign-on bonus, and up to a 20% annual bonus based on quality care metrics.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following required qualifications:
- Possess an M.D. or D.O. degree.
- Be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Hold an active, unrestricted Louisiana medical license.
- Possess valid DEA and CDS licenses or have the ability to obtain them prior to start.
Preferred qualifications include a Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and one or more years of clinical experience in adult, family, or geriatric care.
