As an Accompagnant Éducatif et Social (F/H), your primary mission is to assist elderly residents with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Working closely with the multidisciplinary care team in the EHPAD, you will play a key role in fostering a warm, secure, and supportive environment for every resident.

Typical daily responsibilities for this role generally include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
Helping with meal distribution and providing support during feeding when necessary.
Monitoring the general health and well-being of residents, and promptly reporting any changes to the nursing or medical team.
Organizing and participating in daily social, therapeutic, or recreational activities to stimulate residents and encourage social interaction.
Providing attentive listening, emotional support, and maintaining positive communication with residents and their families.
Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable living space in compliance with health and safety protocols.
