Zoom Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in the Adelaide region. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing client relationships, understanding their workforce requirements, and delivering exceptional staffing solutions within the industrial and logistics sectors. You will work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process from end to end.
Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key client contacts across the industrial and logistics industries.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, placement, and onboarding.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their operational needs and tailoring workforce solutions to meet their objectives.
- Utilising our advanced internal systems and technology to streamline administrative tasks and optimize daily workflow.
- Providing ongoing support and communication to field staff and placed candidates to ensure high levels of engagement and retention.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package ranging from A$75,000 to A$85,000 per year, reflecting your skills and dedication to the role. You will also benefit from working within a supportive and forward-thinking environment that values innovation and invests in its people.
