Michael Page is currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a well-established business services provider located approximately 10 kilometres south of the Sydney CBD in the Mascot and Rockdale area. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract offering a competitive salary range of A$80,640 to A$98,560 per year. In this role, your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency across all accounts receivable functions. Key responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions
- Generating and distributing invoices to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Performing regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies
- Assisting with general financial administration and supporting the broader finance team as required
- Communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders regarding account queries
