We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network on a full-time, temporary basis until the 8th of January 2028. Based in the Adelaide CBD area, with operations linked to the Rural and Remote Mental Health Service in Parkside, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to vital regional health services within South Australia.
As the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and coordination of comprehensive administrative services across the Rural and Remote Mental Health Service and the broader network. In this multifaceted role, you will support operational efficiency, manage day-to-day administrative functions, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient-focused services.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Providing effective leadership, direction, and support to administration staff
- Coordinating administrative workflows, processes, and systems to ensure smooth departmental operations
- Managing resource allocation, correspondence, and reporting requirements in alignment with organisational policies
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and clinical teams to support the delivery of mental health services
- Maintaining compliance with relevant health sector standards, confidentiality guidelines, and administrative frameworks
