Groupe Randstad France is currently seeking a dedicated AGENT DE FABRICATION (F/H) for a full-time opportunity based in Aixe-sur-Vienne, near Limoges. Our client specializes in the manufacturing of high-quality non-metallic mineral products and is looking to expand their production team.
As a manufacturing agent, you will play an essential role within the production environment, working directly within either the grinding (broyage) or atomization (atomisation) workshop. Your daily responsibilities will involve operating industrial equipment, monitoring manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and contributing to the smooth operation of the production line.
This is a shift-based position offering schedule options including a 3×8 rotation or a weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday, 2×12 hours). Candidates applying for this role should possess relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, along with a valid CACES certification as required for material handling and equipment operation.
Key responsibilities and expectations for the role include:
- Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery within the workshop
- Performing routine quality checks on non-metallic mineral products
- Complying strictly with company health, safety, and environmental guidelines
- Working effectively within team-based shift structures (3×8 or weekend 2x12h)
- Reporting any equipment malfunctions or production issues to management
