Groupe Randstad France is currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable AGENT DE FABRICATION POLYVALENT (F/H) for a full-time opportunity located in Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire, Nantes. This position offers a chance to join a dynamic work environment supported by Randstad Inhouse, a unique agency concept embedded directly at the heart of our client’s production site.
As an Agent de Fabrication Polyvalent, you will play an essential role on the production floor, contributing to daily manufacturing operations and supporting various stages of the production process as needed. Because this is a versatile role, flexibility and a strong team-oriented mindset are key to your success.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Participating in manufacturing and assembly line operations according to safety and quality standards.
- Monitoring production equipment and reporting any anomalies or maintenance needs.
- Handling materials, sorting components, and preparing finished products for packaging or shipping.
- Collaborating closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
