The Department of Health Tasmania is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Allied Health Professional to join our team on a part-time basis in North Hobart, Hobart. Please note this position is also being advertised as a Clinical Nurse Consultant – Lead Practitioner Out of Home Care (529954d), and only one position will be filled on merit.

- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary team members, government agencies, and community service providers.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and contributing to ongoing service improvement initiatives.
- Participating in professional development and team meetings to ensure high standards of care.
