Dsm-firmenich is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Apprentice to join our dynamic Finance team in España. This opportunity is designed for someone looking to kickstart their career in corporate finance and gain hands-on experience within a global organization.
As an Apprentice in the Finance team, your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting user onboarding into the PlanView (PPM) tool, including access setup, basic training, and documentation updates.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial data, reports, and presentations for Capex, forecasting, and budget planning processes.
- Collecting, organizing, and validating financial and operational data to support KPI tracking and project performance metrics.
- Coordinating internal meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on key action items.
- Collaborating with team members on daily administrative and financial tasks to ensure smooth department operations.
We are looking for a proactive learner with a strong interest in finance, data analysis, and corporate processes. The ideal candidate possesses good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in a professional team environment. Proficiency in standard office software and an eagerness to learn financial tools and systems will be essential for success in this role.
