Key responsibilities and general expectations for this role typically include:
- Assisting senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Learning and applying standard safety procedures on all job sites and facilities.
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues under the guidance of qualified mentors.
- Maintaining accurate service records, documentation, and parts inventories as required.
- Communicating professionally with customers and team members to ensure service satisfaction.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development related to climate control technologies.
