Amazon TA is seeking a dedicated and driven professional to join our team as a full-time Area Manager, based in Bardon Hill, Coalville. The salary for this role is £42,612 per year.
Operations is the beating heart of Amazon. This key part of our business makes sure we fulfil and dispatch orders efficiently so that our customers get their items on time. As an Area Manager, you’ll make sure your site is running as smoothly as it should so that we can meet customer demand. You will be leading a team that helps keep our operations safe, efficient, and of a high quality and taking on a number of projects across our network to drive productivity.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a diverse team of associates within a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
- Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards across all shift operations.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and participating in network-wide projects to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.
- Monitoring daily workflow, troubleshooting operational bottlenecks, and solving problems dynamically to meet customer delivery targets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, HR, and safety, to support site goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
