Amazon TA is seeking a dedicated and motivated full-time Area Manager, Customer Fulfillment to join the team in New Bilton, Rugby. The salary for this position is £29,434 per year.
Operations is the beating heart of Amazon. This key part of our business makes sure we fulfil and dispatch orders efficiently so that our customers get their items on time. As an Area Manager, you will make sure your site is running as smoothly as it should so that we can meet customer demand and maintain the high standards our customers expect.
In this dynamic leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating a team to ensure daily operations remain safe, efficient, and of the highest quality. Additionally, you will take on a number of projects across our network aimed at driving continuous improvement and productivity.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a diverse team within a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
- Monitoring daily shift operations to ensure safety compliance, quality standards, and productivity goals are consistently met.
- Troubleshooting operational issues and collaborating with other departments to resolve bottlenecks quickly.
- Participating in network-wide projects and initiatives designed to improve efficiency and operational performance.
- Managing workflow, resource allocation, and communication across your designated area.
