Outcomes First Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Art and DT Teacher to join the team at Bluebank School, located in Whittington Moor, Chesterfield. This is a permanent, term-time only position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. The salary is £39,000 per annum (not pro rata).

In this role, you will play a vital part in helping students develop practical skills, imagination, and confidence through well-structured and engaging lessons.
Key responsibilities typically include:
- Delivering creative and inspiring Art and Design Technology lessons tailored to the needs of students.
- Planning and preparing lessons that align with curriculum standards and encourage hands-on learning.
- Assessing, recording, and reporting on student progress, development, and attainment.
- Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and engagement.
- Collaborating with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support the holistic development of each child.
- Maintaining equipment and managing classroom resources effectively and safely.
