Outcomes First Group is seeking a creative, dedicated, and passionate Art Teacher / Art Instructor to join the team at Norton College, located in Littleworth, Worcestershire (WR5 2BA). This is a permanent, term-time only position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, starting in September 2026. The salary is up to £39,000 per annum, determined by experience and not offered on a pro-rata basis. Please note that this opportunity is open to UK applicants only, as this role does not offer sponsorship.
As an Art Teacher / Instructor, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging art lessons that inspire students to explore their creativity, develop their artistic skills, and build self-confidence. Key responsibilities typically include:
- Designing and implementing a stimulating art curriculum tailored to the needs of the students
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and creative expression
- Assessing, recording, and reporting on student progress and development
- Guiding students in the use of various art mediums, techniques, and materials
- Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to ensure holistic student wellbeing and academic success
