In this dynamic point-of-sale role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, representing the brand and driving sales within a retail environment.
Your primary responsibilities in this position will include:
- Promoting, explaining, and selling a range of telephony products and services to customers visiting the point of sale.
- Providing tailored advice and exceptional customer service to understand client needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Managing the complete customer journey, from initial greeting and inquiry handling to closing sales and following up on service requests.
- Working collaboratively to meet and exceed established commercial targets and performance metrics.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and client interactions in accordance with company standards.
