Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager as an integral part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the overall success of your restaurant.
In this dynamic leadership role, you will bring our core values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life across both the service and production areas of the restaurant. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a hardworking team in an environment where collaboration and high standards are paramount.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Placing guests at the center of the business to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Fostering a strong sense of teamwork that is essential to consistently meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Empowering, training, and encouraging employees to reach their full potential within a supportive workplace culture.
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations, including quality control, inventory management, and maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
- Driving shift performance, problem-solving effectively in a fast-paced environment, and leading by example on the floor.
