UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Associate Nurse Manager to join our Emergency Department team in the Lakewood and Denver area. In this vital leadership role, you will assist the Nurse Manager in overseeing daily departmental operations, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
This is a full-time, onsite position working 80 hours per pay period (two weeks) on the day shift. Please note that this is strictly an onsite role and does not offer hybrid or remote work options. The hourly pay range for this position is $42.90 to $66.50 per hour, with final pay determined based on the applicant’s relevant experience.
Key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role include:
- Assisting with administrative and clinical leadership tasks within the Emergency Department.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to maintain efficient patient flow and uphold clinical standards.
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to registered nurses and support staff.
- Three years of recent emergency department registered nurse experience, which is strongly preferred.
- One year of recent leadership experience, which is also strongly preferred.
- Current nursing licensure and relevant clinical certifications in good standing.
