In this dynamic junior to mid-level Associate role, you will work closely with senior legal practitioners and partners on a diverse range of property and real estate matters. Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial and residential property transactions, contracts, and leases
- Conducting comprehensive legal research and providing accurate, commercially focused advice on real estate matters
- Managing transaction processes from inception through to settlement
- Liaising directly with clients, stakeholders, and external counterparties in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting with general file management, due diligence, and administrative tasks associated with property matters
